Delete your account

The web route Google Play asks for. The quickest way is in the game.

An account is optional, so most players have nothing to delete: the game lives in your browser or app storage, and clearing that removes it.

In the game

Open You (the profile button), scroll to Delete account, press Delete my account, and confirm with your password. It happens at once. The universe on that device stays, and you can keep playing without an account.

Without the game

If you no longer have it installed, or cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address on the account and say you want it deleted. A person deletes it, usually within a few days, and replies when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your name and email, your cloud save, gems and their history, cosmetics, boosters, season-pass progress, friends, and every signed-in device.
• Kept: the record of any completed purchase (which pack, when, the amount and the transaction id), with your account removed from it, for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Feedback you sent us stays, without your name attached.
